DESPITE losing out to Biggleswade Town for the league title, Bedford produced another fine performance to finish second.
The Eagles opened the scoring after 23 minutes, when Josh Mullins’ cross was met by Liam Dulson, who expertly put the ball away. Four minutes later, Ryan Blake was released, rounded Michael Emery, but nearly had the ball stolen before putting it in the net.
Just before the break it was 3-0 as Emery denied Dulson and Henry Dudley before Leon Lobjoit made sure.
