Rhys Browne has been confirmed as the first summer signing for National League runners-up Barnet.
The Antigua and Barbuda international had spent just over 18 months at Woking. Last season he made 22 appearances in all competitions, scoring four goals from out wide or up front.
Browne, who has been capped 15 times for his country, also counts the likes of Charlton Athletic, Aldershot Town and Yeovil Town among his former clubs, having started out in Norwich City’s academy. He was also part of the Sutton United team to reach the EFL in 2021.
Speaking on his arrival on a two-year contract, Browne told the club’s official website:
“I am really excited to be here and cannot wait to start playing some games.
“I have come here to get goals, assists and to contribute to a winning team – that’s what I’m about, winning.”
