Dorking Wanderers have made their second and third summer signings on their return to National League South, bringing in goalkeeper Harrison Foulkes and defender Brennan Camp.
Foulkes has arrived from Eastbourne Borough, where he made 25 outings last season, keeping seven clean sheets. He started the final 12 games, Boro’ only lost two of them en route to pulling away from relegation danger in Step 2.
Manager Marc White told the club’s official website:
“Harrison was probably one of the best keepers in the National League South last year, a massive prospect. He had a whole range of clubs talking to him from the National League and League Two, but we managed to beat them to his signature.
“He has a really amiable personality, very likeable, very professional.”
Former Scotland u19 international Camp has signed from Eastleigh. He suffered an ACL injury in April 2023, keeping him on the sidelines for a year and meant he didn’t make an appearance last term. Having started his career at Bournemouth, Camp has also represented Portland United, Dorchester Town and Weymouth.
“Brennan is someone we have played against for several years, he played against us at Weymouth in the National League South play-off semi-final.
“He’s a really highly regarded footballer, he can play as a central centre-half, right sided centre-half or the right side of a back three.
“He’s quick, has great aerial ability, he’s professional and at 23-years-old fits right into the profile of what we’re trying to achieve with the squad.”
The two follow Jordan Norville-Williams to Meadowbank. The left-wing back signed from Farnborough at the end of April.
