Having confirmed his departure from Westfield earlier today, Ian Selley has been announced as new manager of Isthmian Division One South Central rivals Leatherhead.
The Tanners finished three points and two places ahead of Westfield in 2023/24, losing at Marlow in the play-off final. This led to the departure of manager Hayden Bird.
Selley commented on his appointment on the official Leatherhead site:
“I am very excited to get started as I see Leatherhead as one of the biggest clubs in this league. I have always admired this great club from afar.
“The target is promotion, we build on last season and push the club forward with some entertaining and attractive football.”
