DARREN Clarke has been promoted to the Kempston Rovers hotseat following the departure of Richard Keil.
Clarke, who has had previous coaching experience at the likes of Newport Pagnell Town, Buckingham and Irchester United, enjoyed a successful spell as Kempston’s reserve team boss last season, leading his side to United Counties League glory last month. Keil joined Rovers as assistant manager at the start of the season, and was given the full reins at the start of October after a promising caretaker period.
