TORQUAY United officially have new owners after creditors formally gave their approval to a Company Voluntary Arrangement.
As a result, The Bryn Consortium has now completed its purchase of the troubled National League South club with all tax debts, football and trade creditors paid in full within the next six months.
A transfer embargo imposed on the club has also been lifted.
