JERRY Gill never had any doubt that Tommy Conway would be a success.
The Bath City boss took the young striker on loan from Bristol City ahead of the 2020/21 season after he had enjoyed a brief stint at Yate Town.
And now the impressive Taunton-born 21-year-old has earned a late place in Scotland’s squad for Euro 2024.
Steve Clarke’s side are involved in the tournament opener against hosts Germany on Friday and also face Hungary and Switzerland in Group A.
