CLUB legend and new boss Ash Brown plans to take Coalville Town back to the future with the type of committed core he led as a player.
The relaunched Ravens succeeded in bagging an 11th-hour place at Step 6 for the new season after former chairman Glyn Rennocks stepped away and withdrew the club from the Southern League.
It left those behind the bid to rescue senior men’s football with little time to waste but at least they could turn to Brown, a man who made more than 500 appearances for Coalville, captaining the side to the Midland Alliance title and in an FA Vase final...
