CHELSEA and England star Levi Colwill is to give something back to the club which helped launch his promising career – by joining the board of directors.
The 21-year-old defender has followed another ex-England international in Matt Le Tissier by becoming an associate director and community ambassador of Southern Premier South club Sholing.
Southampton-born Colwill has a close association with the south-coast club having been involved from a very early age, watching his uncles, Byron, Dan and Barry Mason, play for the Boatmen.
