ROB Elliot insists it was always a case of business as usual for Isuzu FA Trophy winners Gateshead as they awaited on news of his long-term future at the International Stadium.
The former Newcastle United and Republic of Ireland goalkeeper took interim charge of the National League club in October last year after Mike Williamson’s five-year reign ended with his departure his League Two side MK Dons.
