A MERCHANDISER couldn’t help but get involved in volunteering at his local club after falling in love with Met Police FC during the pandemic.
A fan turned contributor at the west London club, Chris Newell’s volunteer career began by taking over the Golden Goal competition at all home matches for which he provided all materials, collected the entry money and paid profits into club funds.
