CRAY Valley took the points agsinst nine-man Folkestone thanks to a 74th-minute winner from Adam Coombes.
Midfielder Amadou Kassarate was sent off in the first half of his debut for the Folkestone club after two yellow cards from referee Daniel D’Urso.
Kassarate was booked for a 22nd-minute challenge on Barney Williams and was sent off 13 minutes later for pulling back Matthew Vigor.
Then Dean Rance picked up yellow cards for dissent either side of half-time to leave Invicta up against it.
