■ IN the first FA Trophy fixture in their 118-year history, Farnham Town looked like a side that were veterans of this stage as they ran our comfortable winners against Erith Town of the Isthmian South East.
The hosts took the lead on 28 minutes when a corner was volleyed home by Adam Liddle at the back post.
Just three minutes later the lead was doubled, Darryl Sanders bending a first-time effort into the top corner.
