■ OSSETT picked up their first win of the season with an injury-time winner at fellow strugglers Consett.
Boosted by four midweek signings, they took the lead after 33 minutes when Eddie Church took advantage of a defensive error to fire home.
They almost doubled their lead on the stroke of half-time, but Consett’s debutant keeper Harry Moss saved Shaun Tuton’s shot onto the crossbar.
Consett levelled after 52 minutes when Ben Ramsey lashed the ball home from 20 yards.
