PRESCOT CABLES got their reward four minutes into additional time, courtesy of a Francis Smith set piece to conclude a dominant performance at home to Blyth Spartans.
The hosts began proceedings on the front foot, Michael Carberry volleying against the crossbar, before John Murphy tested Harrison Bond with a low free kick.
Bond was the man who stole the headlines in the opening 45, keeping the visitors in the game by producing a number of stunning saves.
