■ A well-executed opening 45 from the visitors proved enough to continue their lead atop the table.
A small matter of 90 seconds and Belper were ahead after Harry Draper rippled the back of the net.
Opportunity continued for the visitors, with Ferriby still offering an under-par opening.
With Ferriby seemingly gaining a little ground, Belper found their second of the tie, ten minutes from half-time. Nathaniel Crofts led a Belper break, lobbing Jordan Douglas from thirty yards.
