HEYBRIDGE Swifts suffered a disappointing defeat at home against Waltham Abbey on Saturday afternoon.
From the outset the Swifts struggled to get any control over the game, wasting ball after ball and playing a far too open game.
Despite their struggles, Swifts did open the scoring through Scott Sloots before two goals from Prince Domafriyie ensured visitors Waltham Abbey, rather deservedly, took home the three points.
