FORMER Premier League striker Nile Ranger has been handed the opportunity to get his playing career back on track by Kettering Town.
The former Newcastle United striker has been left in the football wilder ness ever since turning out for Boreham Wood in their FA Cup fifth round tie with Everton in March 2022. Ranger’s career has been blighted by a colourful past off the field. In January 2017, he pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud and was sentenced to eight months in prison.
