CONSETT broke their away duck for the season with a first-ever win at Bridlington Town to move out of the bottom four.
First-half goals from Liam Colledge and Brandon Holdsworth proved enough, with Sam Leverett pulling one back from the spot in the last minute.
The visitors took the lead after 16 minutes when Colledge headed home Calvin Smith’s corner.
Debutant Holdsworth then doubled the lead after taking advantage of hesistancy in the home defence to steal in and score.
