ROSS Jenkins has returned as manager of Oxford City – just 135 days after departing.
The National League North strugglers parted company with Sam Cox on Friday after one win in nine league games in charge, leaving them second bottom of the division having played at Step 1 last season.
Jenkins left City for Boreham Wood in May, before he was dismissed two weeks ago and replaced by Luke Garrard, who he’d initially replaced.
