MERTHYR Town scored four second-half goals to move up to second place with a dominant home win against strugglers Frome Town
The first half was filled with chances for the home side, who came closest to scoring in the 14th minute when defender Tom Handley headed onto the crossbar.
Frome Town keeper Kyle Phillips did well to collect a host of set-piece deliveries and long-range efforts, keeping his side level at the break.
