■BURY slipped from top spot following a game that saw Waltham look dangerous on the counterattack.
The hosts saw lots of the ball in the first half as they dominated possession, whilst the visitors had to wait until late in the first half for two chances to open the scoring, however, as Kymani Thomas hit the post Jason Hallett had his shot cleared off the line in added time.
The warning signs were there for Bury and early in the second half a well worked attack unlocked their defence and Prince Domafriyie found the back of the net.
