CRIBBS chairman Nick Veale says he has full confidence that popular player Ryan Crouch can step up and be a success as player-manager of Cribbs FC.
Crouch threw his hat into the ring after Ashley Bennett quit the Southern League Division One South side for personal reasons last weekend.
