EASTBOURNE knocked out fellow National League South side Dorking at Meadowbank.
The home side survived a scare in the opening minute as a Harrison Foulkes’ loose pass couldn’t quite be finished off by the pressing Yahya Bamba, but after Josh Brooking’s mazy run and strike was tipped wide by Max Metcalfe up the other end, Dorking opened the scoring through captain Charlie Carter on 14 minutes.
