BARTON Rovers continued their strong form with a win over North Leigh at the Winton Haulage Stadium.
It was a fast start for Rovers, with John Shamalo coming close early before winning a penalty, which Taylor Rhiney converted. North Leigh had a chance to equalise just before half time, but their striker missed a oneon-one chance.
Rovers doubled their lead before the break when Shamalo won another penalty, which he converted. In the second half, Shamalo scored a goal from open play after McKenzie’s effort was offside and Rhiney sealed his brace ...
