CHORLEY are throwing open their doors on Christmas Day.
The Magpies will welcome the local community to their Victory Oark home between noon and 3pm in a bid to ensure nobody is alone.
The announcement has gone viral and the National League North club revealed they’ve had donation offers from all over the world.
The club said: “One question we keep being asked is, ‘why?’
“A simple answer – why not. If one person turns up and isn’t alone, then it’s worth opening the doors.
