HOLT UNITED stay in pole position following their 3-1 success at Days Park against Swanage Town & Herston.
United’s hero was Peter Richond-Cole, who netted a hat-trick with goals in the 12th, 36th minute and 70th minutes.
Paul Best scored the Swans consolation goal in the 61st minute.The defeat sees Swanage slip into the bottom four.
Portland United stay second after a 2-1 win at Cranborne. Portland took the lead through Carl Mutch on 34 minutes before Greg O’Mallo equalised shortly after half time.
But Scott Henley won it for United 20 minutes from time. The Cranes’ fourth defeat sees them slip into the bottom two.
Wincanton Town missed the chance to move into second place when they shared two goals and the points with their hosts Chickerell United.

Hamworthy Recreation hoisted themselves up into fourth place with 7-1 victory over their visitors from Sherborne Town.
Hamworthy raced into a 4-0 lead at time with goals from Tom Willis in the third minute, Mark Dykes with a brace in the seventy and 26th minutes and Ashley Boyt in the 29th minute.
In the second period Recreation continued their dominance and scored a further three times through Simon Dyer on the hour, Alex Grimason five minutes later and Jamie Moores in the 75th minute.
Netting Town’s consolation goal in the 55th minute was Danny Call.
Hamworthy United slipped down a place to fifth when they were held to a goalless draw by Merley Cobham Sports, who themselves slip to the foot of the table and are still looking for their first win.
Parley Sports also dropped a place to sixth when they only took a point against their visitors Wareham Rangers with a 2-2 draw.
Matt Newbery put the Sports in front with a goal after only seven minutes and then there was a long wait until the next goal – which came in the 86th minute – an equaliser by John Dent for Rangers.
Within a minute Parley had restored their lead with another goal for Matt Newbery but Rangers hit back with a Duane Hobbs penalty in injury time to share the points and leave them in tenth place.
Bridport Reserves moved up into the top seven following their 5-1 win against Shaftesbury Town.
Harry Fleet, Jack Scovell,Dan Lock, Tristian Gale and Ashley Clarke all bagged a goal while Luke Crane grabbed a consolation for Town.
Despite their fourth defeat Shaftebury are in eighth place.
Poole Borough picked up their first win of the season to move off the foot of the table when they defeated their hosts Weymouth FC Reserves 3-1.
Borough’s goalscorers were James Stickland,Aaron Turner and Marc Harrison while netting for the Terras was Sanchez Jansz-Baker.
