DEFENDER Matthew Regan has signed a permanent deal with Tamworth following two loan spells with the Conference club.
The 19-year-defender was recently released by Championship club Nottingham Forest and has now penned a one-year contract at the Lamb.
He is a former England Under-17 international and spent time with Liverpool and Wrexham before signing for Forest.
