HEREFORD UNITED have released goalkeeper coach Dan Connor from his Edgar Street contract.
The 32-year-old Dubliner joined the Bulls as a player in the summer of 2010 but a car accident left him with a serious hip injury that forced him to retire in August the following year.
He was subsequently employed as manager of the club’s shop before taking over as goalkeeper coach upon the arrival of Martin Foyle as first team boss in June last year.
Speaking about the departure of the former Peterborough and Waterford stopper, Foyle said: “We wish Dan all of the very best for his future in whatever path he takes.”
