TOM JAMES has left Southern League side Corby Town.
The left-back joined the Steelmen in July this year following spells with Stratford Town, Watford and Nuneaton Town.
However, budgetary restrictions have now seen Corby bosses Tommy Wright and Andrew Wilson release the 24-year-old.
Speaking about the decision, Wright told the club’s website: “This decision was carefully thought about but we work to a budget and unfortunately we need to strengthen the team in other areas.
“It is the best decision for the club moving forward.”
