It is therefore all the more imperative that you activate your FNL Substitutions in before the window closes at midnight on Tuesday (December 31). Your subs will then take effect from the next day.
You can change up to three of the five teams selected on your entry form, they do not have to come from the same league and can include your wildcard selections.
All substitution requests must be in writing either via email to the FNL Helpdesk or by post to FNL Substitutions, 4 Wightmans Orchard, Piddletrenthide, Dorchester, Dorset, DT2 7QQ. No telephone activations will be allowed.
