GARY OWERS targeted promotion after signing a new two-year control to continue managing budget-boosted Bath City.
Owers says the club’s new community ownership model has given him the confidence that the Romans, who finished tenth last year, can challenge in the National League South next season.
Owers, who stays at the Romans’ Twerton Park until 2019, will be working with additional money next term and says there is no reason why the club can’t finish in the top five.
