IN MY eyes, the FA Cup has always been the world’s greatest knockout tournament. And our noble Non- League teams add so much magical intrigue as they aspire to pit their wits against the Premier League big boys.
One of my favourite FA Cup memories dates back to the 1984-85 season when I went to a random match in every round – and proceeded to write a book about it. I enjoyed some wonderful adventures along the way.
