ALFRETON TOWN boss Nicky Law reckons the return of club captain Dan Bradley will be a big boost to the Reds.
Influential midfielder Bradley is back after serving two consecutive suspensions that kept him out of the last seven Alfreton games.
He is in contention for Saturday’s Vanarama National League North clash against in-form Stalybridge Celtic.
Liam Watson’s men are unbeaten in their past four league games and sit in tenth but Alfreton will go into the game full of confidence after last weekend’s 3-2 FA Cup win at Tamworth.
“As a team, we have done well of late but Dan will certainly come into the reckoning for Saturday,” Law said.
“I feel that a couple of players have dipped (in form) lately so Dan’s return will maybe give me the opportunity to freshen things up and add competition. He is a great one to be able to bring back in so let’s see
“Tamworth made it difficult last weekend in a game we bossed in the first half and once again showed great endeavour but there was a lack of experience and game management and Dan Bradley’s know-how will be a big boost for us.
“Saturday will be a difficult game. Liam Watson’s teams are always hard to play against.”
