EX-SOUTHPORT goalkeeper has become Barrow‘s first signing of the summer.
The 31-year-old had been with the Sandgrounders for five seasons prior to leaving them in March.
He made 38 appearances last season, the last of which saw him red carded in a 2-1 defeat at Tamworth.
Work commitments meant he became unable to train with the Port on Monday mornings and it was for this reason he was released from Haig Avenue by then-manager Liam Watson.
However, he has now ensured another season playing Conference football in the north west after signing a one-year deal with the Bluebirds on Wednesday night.
