VAUXHALL MOTORS‘ top scorers last season – Tom Rutter and Ashley Stott – have put pen-to-paper on deals keeping them at Rivacre Park for the next term.
Rutter initially signed for the Motormen last summer following an impressive stint at Knutsford, where he scored 26 times in 21 appearances.
He found the net 13 times in 42 games for Vauxhall over the course of the 2012/13 campaign to finish level on goals with Stott.
However, Stott boasts a better goals-to-game ratio in 2012/13, having only joined the club from Witton Albion in November last year.
The former Hyde, Altrincham and Halifax Town man’s 13 goals came in 27 matches.
