ROBIN HULBERT says he is likely to sign a non-contract deal with Barrow.
The 33-year-old midfielder has been at Holker Street since 2009 but has been severely hampered by injury during that time.
He is now back to full fitness and, after a summer trial with the Bluebirds, looks set to sign for them ahead of the 2013/14 campaign.
Speaking about the possibility of putting pen-to-paper, the ex-Swindon, Port Vale and Darlington man told the North West Evening Mail: “I think the contract that I sign will probably suit everyone.
“It will possibly be a non-contract deal because I’ve mentioned that if I get injured I won’t take a wage, so they can get someone else in if they need to. So in a way, everyone’s a winner and if I’m fit they’re getting a good player.”
