GAINSBOROUGH TRINITY have terminated the contract of player-coach Ryan Williams.
Williams has had a change in his working life meaning he is no longer able to fulfill his commitments to the Skrill North club.
The 35-year-old is expected to join Northern Premier League Division One South club Scarborough Athletic on a pay-as-you-play deal.
A statement on the Trinity website said: “We are sad to see Ryan leave us at this time but understand his decision.
“Gainsborough Trinity thanks Ryan for all his hard work and wishes him and his family all the best for the future.”
