TRURO CITY must pay off a £15,000 tax bill within six weeks or otherwise they face being wound up.
The Blue Square Bet South club had an initial winding up order dismissed earlier this year after settling a bill of £51,000.
However, at their appearance in London’s High Court on Monday it was revealed they have since ran up a further tax debt of £15,000.
Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customers were subsequently reinstated as petitioning creditors and the case was adjourned until Monday, September 3.
The White Tigers also face claims that they owe in excess of £700,000 to four other creditors.
