ST ALBANS CITY have added both Jonathon Edwards and Harry Anderson on loan from Peterborough United until the end of the season.
Striker Edwards is a familiar face at Clarence Park having enjoyed a spell with the club earlier this season. He scored a spectacular winner against Maidenhead back in December.
Anderson, a winger, joins his Peterborough team-mate at St Albans following a brief spell on loan at National League side Braintree Town. He had made 14 appearances for Peterborough since signing from Crawley Town in 2014.
They are both expected to be in the squad for Saturday’s trip to Bath City as St Albans try and climb off the bottom of the National League South.
New Saints boss Ian Allinson said: “I would like to thank Barry Fry and Peterborough for allowing both deals to happen, I feel at this important time of the season both Jonathon and Harry will add a lot to the squad.”
