KEVIN BRAYBROOK has left his position as assistant manager of Basingstoke Town to join the coaching set up at Queens Park Rangers.
The former Eastleigh first-team coach arrived at the Camrose with current manager Jason Bristow in February 2012 and saw the Dragons finish fifth in the Conference South before losing to Dartford in the play-offs last season.
He has now moved up five divisions to join Premier League outfit QPR, and Basingstoke are set to begin their hunt for a successor.
A statement on the club’s website said: “It is with some disappointment that we must announce the immediate departure of Kevin Braybrook from Basingstoke Town FC.
“We thank him for his time served at the club and wish him well in his new venture at QPR.”
