BASINGSTOKE TOWN have drafted in young Reading defender Ben Jefford on a work experience deal.
The 18-year-old has been with the Royals since 2006 and can play in a number of positions, including centre-back, full-back and defensive midfield.
Jefford, who has played Non-League football for Boreham Wood this season, and is set to make his Basingstoke debut at home to Tonbridge Angels tomorrow.
