Welcome to the latest update of Fantasy Non-League 2018/19. Today’s update covers the period Sunday 3rd February 2019 through to Saturday 9th February 2019.
Next week I will be doing the first substitution comparison of this season. Basically, I have kept all your teams running in the background without your changes and that enables me to be able to tell whether you are better off or worse off with your changes.
If you would like your team or teams to be part of the substitution comparison then let me know by contacting me via the details at the bottom of the page.
So, in today’s update I thought I would take a quick look at who is leading the way in the FNL main table at both the top and bottom and also see how many of those main contenders have actually used their substitutions.
Leading the way at the top is AFC Federation with 13,138pts. They are 43pts ahead of second placed Pargyle and 94pts ahead of third placed Stafford 4 Ever. The top ten teams are covered by 487pts. The top 27 teams have all used their substitutions.
The first team who is going with his original teams picked back in August 2018 is COYR who is in 28th position, they are 664pts behind our leader so it will be really interesting to see where he finishes the season.
At the bottom is Hard Scrabble who has so far only gained 2,492pts, they are 59pts adrift from their nearest rival Real Effort. The bottom ten is covered by 818pts. Eight of the bottom ten have made their substitutions. But the real interesting one is Real Effort who is going with the teams he picked at the start of the competition and as I mentioned above is only 59pts of the bottom.
So if you want to be part of this season’s substitution comparison please e-mail or text the FNL Helpdesk.

Top Team over the last seven days is Solihull Moors (National Premier) with 86pts.
So, I hear you asking how the Moors gained that many points in the last seven days. Well midweek they beat Hemel Hempstead Town 5-0 away from home in the FA Trophy. That earned them 35pts and a 25pt bonus for reaching the quarter-final of the competition which gave them 60pts. Then last Saturday they were away again at Ebbsfleet Utd and that game earned them the 26pts to take them to 86pts with a 1-0 away win.
