Crocked Adem Ramadan says his Bank Holiday injury nightmare should serve as a reminder for his fellow semi-professionals to ensure they are financially protected from potentially suffering the same fate.
The Ashford United winger was stretchered off with a horrific double leg break during the Nuts and Bolts’ derby clash with Hythe Town last Monday.
The injury has ruled him out of football for up to a year but, more importantly, forced him out of work for six months.
