THE Football Association have revealed the list of Step 7 club who have applied for promotion this season.
In total, the provisional list includes 43 applicants and that is up from 42 the previous season.
The league with the highest amount of applicants is the Wearside League. Six of their clubs have applied for promotion to Step 6 for next season if they finish in the appropriate spot.
