Fantasy has found its way into football, and fans have the opportunity to pick players from their favourite teams.  Our Fantasy Non-League pot sits at £5,000, and the winner will take home £2,000.  So, it is important to be in the know about the latest non-league developments and keep your team updated.
Top strikers can be a great resource to accumulate a vast wealth of points and there are several to keep an eye on.
and are two of the most competitive teams in the league.  After eight matches, the teams sit level on points with Halifax in fourth place ahead on goal differential.
The squads are evenly matched and both clubs won a game each in last season’s matches.  Young forward Macauley Bonne has had a hot start to the season and will be Leyton Orient’s player to watch.  Halifax Town have relied on team goal scoring and have no individual scorers on the league’s top scoring table.
Sports betting websites believe the two are evenly matched, and many bettors are giving near even odds for their upcoming clashes.
Elsewhere in the league, F.C. and A.F.C. will be close competitors.  Fylde’s Danny Rowe is the league’s top scorer with seven goals to his name so far in the young season.  Rowe has been a superstar so far, and he is a good pickup if fans believe he will continue his form.
Eastleigh’s Paul McCallum has also started the season well by scoring four goals in 716 minutes of play.  The showdown between top strikers may end even, but fans should expect some goals to fly into the back of the net.
Salford City have started the season slow, but they have promising players in terms of fantasy league players. Salford have found themselves midtable after the first eight matches, but an easier run of games is a great chance to vault ahead in the table.
Salford’s Adam Rooney is another great fantasy league forward to slot into your team.  He has scored six goals, and he has converted a scoring chance into a goal about once every 100 minutes of play.
Rooney is a leading favourite to finish top scorer in the league having signed for Salford from Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership.  Rooney notched 20 goals in the top Scottish flight in 2015-2016, and he also proved he could compete at a League One level for .
After the league’s first eight matches, sit top of the table with only a one-point lead.  The Welsh side will hope to extend their lead with a slate of upcoming games against bottom feeding teams.
Conference National viewers will be expecting Mike Fondop-Talom to add to his already impressive tally of five goals against struggling Braintree.  Fondop-Talom signed a two-year contract with the Welsh side in July.  The Cameroonian has played for various sides including last season, but he has found his form in Wales.
Top scoring players bring in fantasy points, so established strikers like Adam Rooney promise Fantasy Non-League players a chance at the £2,000 first-place prize.  But, supporters of Conference National clubs will just be hoping the odds are in their favour, and they begin to build some momentum for the long season ahead.
