Boro Boss Gets Busy In The Loan Market

NUNEATON TOWN boss Kevin Wilkin has been busy on the penultimate day of the January transfer window, signing two players on loan.

Joining Boro on a one-month deal from their Conference Premier rivals Luton Town is winger James Dance.

James DanceThe 25-year-old includes and Crawley Town among his former employers and Nuneaton boss says bringing him to the Triton Showers Community Arena is a coup for the club.

Speaking to the club’s website, he said: “Dance was wanted by a number of clubs so for Luton boss Paul Buckle as to allow him to join us is much appreciated.

“I am looking forward to him joining us and will go into the squad for Stockport.”

The winger can work his magic on either flank and joined the Hatters from Crawley Town in July 2011. He can also play as a central striker.

Arriving on a one-month loan from Coventry City is goalkeeper Lee Burge.

Lee BurgeBurge is yet to make a senior appearance for the Sky Blues but is highly-rated by those at the Ricoh Arena.

The 20-year-old goes straight into Boro’s team to face Stockport County on Saturday.
