IT was a busy transfer deadline day at Moss Rose, with Macclesfield Town signing four players while allowing three out on loan.
The first to leave the Silkmen was striker Amari Morgan-Smith, who signed for Kidderminster Harriers on a one month loan deal.
Striker Arthur Gnahoua then joined Colwyn Bay on loan for a month, while Junior Konadu linked up with Chelmsford City for the same period.
Joining Steve King’s men were Darren Murphy, who was released by Port Vale recently, and former Preston and Wales Under-21 goalkeeper Rhys Taylor.
The other two arrivals were loan signings from Championship sides.
Forward Micah Edwards, 19, arrived from Blackburn Rovers, while 20-year-old winger Johnny Gorman signed from Wolves.
