KIDDERMINSTER HARRIERS have signed Cambridge United striker MIchael Gash on loan with a view to making his transfer permanent in the summer.
Gash has been with Cambridge since the summer of 2011but started this season on the fringes of their first team, subsequently being loaned to Braintree Town in August.
He scored once in six games for the Iron prior to returning to the Abbey and has since found the net 13 times for the U’s.
The 26-year-old will remain on loan with Kiddy until the end of the Blue Square Bet Premier campaign, when he is expected to sign a permanent deal at Aggborough.
Kiddy have allowed frontman Nathan Blissett to move in the opposite direction on a one-month loan as part of the transfer.
The young forward signed a one-year contract with Harriers last summer and has netted three times in their colours this term.
