GRIMSBY TOWN have added Hull City midfielder Dougie Wilson to their promotion-chasing squad.
The Mariners are going to be without Derek Niven for several weeks following the confirmation that he has damaged his adductor tendon and Wilson has been drafted in as his replacement.
Wilson has been involved with Northern Ireland at Under-17 and Under-19 level and made his Hull City first-team debut in January this year.
The teenager is non-expected to feature in the Mariners’ squad that hosts title-rivals Kidderminster Harriers on Saturday.
He will remain on loan at Blundell Park until the end of the Blue Square Bet Premier campaign.
